VariaxityMC Store Terms and Conditions

By completing a purchase through the VariaxityMC store, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Purchase Authorization

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have received permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You also confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method, PayPal account, credit card, debit card, or other billing account used to complete the purchase.

Digital Purchases and Refunds

All purchases made through the VariaxityMC store are for digital goods or services.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided because of dissatisfaction, accidental purchases, account restrictions, server resets, changes to gameplay, removal from the community, or failure to read the package description.

Attempting a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting VariaxityMC may result in the permanent suspension of your account and removal of purchased benefits.

Package and Benefit Changes

VariaxityMC reserves the right to modify, replace, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue any package, rank, perk, reward, item, service, price, or benefit at any time, with or without prior notice.

Purchasing a package does not guarantee that its features, benefits, or value will remain unchanged indefinitely.

Account and Server Enforcement

Purchasing from VariaxityMC does not exempt you from the server rules.

VariaxityMC reserves the right to warn, mute, suspend, remove, or permanently ban any player who violates server rules or otherwise harms the server or its community.

No refund will be issued when access to the server, website, store, Discord server, or related services is restricted or terminated because of rule violations, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or other prohibited conduct.

Availability of Services

VariaxityMC does not guarantee that the server, website, store, or related services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

Maintenance, updates, technical problems, third-party outages, attacks, server resets, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily or permanently affect access to certain services or purchased benefits.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VariaxityMC and its owners, administrators, developers, staff members, contractors, partners, and service providers will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, accidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The use or inability to use the server, website, store, or related services

• Lost progress, virtual items, ranks, currencies, statistics, or account data

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of user information

• Statements, conduct, or actions of other players or third parties

• Service interruptions, server resets, bugs, exploits, or technical failures

• Any other matter relating to VariaxityMC or its services

You use the VariaxityMC server, website, store, and related services at your own risk.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All VariaxityMC services and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VariaxityMC disclaims all expressed or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, reliability, and non-infringement.

Agreement to These Terms

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

These terms take effect immediately after your purchase and will continue to apply after you leave the server, stop using the services, receive an account suspension, or are permanently banned.

If any section of these terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to remain in effect.

VariaxityMC is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation.

Minecraft is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation.

Use of Store Revenue

Payments made through the VariaxityMC store support the development, maintenance, hosting, operation, and continued improvement of the VariaxityMC network.

Store revenue may also be used to compensate developers, administrators, artists, service providers, and other individuals or organizations involved in operating and improving VariaxityMC.
